Clear terms from the start.
Once Marc confirms the price and availability, accommodation payments are secured by Stripe. The security deposit remains entirely separate.
When booking
A 50% deposit of the stay price through a secure Stripe link.
45 days before arrival
The remaining 50% is due no later than 45 days before arrival.
€500 security deposit
Bank transfer before arrival, refunded by bank transfer after the stay and property check. It never goes through Stripe.

Can we rent both houses together?+
Yes. La Cigogne and Le Manoir can host your group on one estate, subject to availability.
Is the pool open all year?+
There is one seasonal outdoor pool shared by La Cigogne and Le Manoir. It is exclusive to your group when the whole estate is booked privately; opening dates are confirmed before booking.
Are pets allowed?+
Pets are accepted with an advertised €100 supplement per animal, to be confirmed for your stay.
What can families do when it rains?+
The guide suggests the steam train, Aquascope, museums, caves, lakes and walks by age and weather.
Are noisy parties allowed?+
Considerate gatherings are welcome; noisy events and tents are not accepted.
